Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with 3 years of sales experience. Proven ability to present effectively to C-Level and Senior Management Executives, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Commercial Print, Packaging & Labels, and/or Direct Mail is highly advantageous. Proficient in identifying key factors and alternatives to create effective solutions. Skilled in organizing and prioritizing resources and adapting to new information to implement optimal solutions. Able to communicate across all organizational levels to negotiate outcomes, convey information, and propose solutions to challenges.

Join RRD as a Sales Development Executive, where you will champion and market our extensive range of products and services including Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. Your mission will be to drive substantial sales growth by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage sales leads, visiting both existing and potential clients that are vital to our strategic goals.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored products and services.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Research and connect with prospective clients, fostering positive relationships to secure future sales and repeat business.
  • Report sales leads, customer insights, and competitive activity to relevant departments for responsive strategies.
  • Design long-term sales strategies for key accounts, continuously monitoring and adjusting tactics to meet sales objectives.
  • Create and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, organizing and prioritizing your activities to achieve these goals.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives to help them reach their sales targets.
  • Offer clients additional solutions and services, emphasizing the benefits of our offerings using internal resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted outcomes promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and manage records in Salesforce.com.
  • Engage in additional duties and special projects as assigned.
