Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of direct sales experience. Experience in commercial print or direct mail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong presentation skills for engaging C-level and senior executives; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to identify key factors and develop effective solutions. Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and adapt to new information for optimal outcomes. Proficient in communication across all organizational levels to negotiate and convey key information. Commitment to continuous learning through relevant training and development. A proactive approach to sales and a passion for driving results.

Join RRD as a Sales Development Executive, where you will champion and drive sales of our comprehensive suite of products and services in Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. You will be pivotal in achieving ambitious sales targets by developing new revenue streams, generating leads, and cultivating lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue and follow up on sales leads; meet with key customers to enhance strategic relationships.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored products and services.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and timelines, and finalize sales orders to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, fostering positive relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Communicate sales leads and market intelligence to relevant teams to adapt to evolving customer demands.
  • Create and adjust long-term sales strategies for major clients to meet their objectives.
  • Establish and manage sales plans on an annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales representatives to help them meet their sales objectives.
  • Propose additional solutions and services, emphasizing their benefits using internal tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and records in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
