Performance-Based Compensation
Uncapped earnings: Top performers earn $140,000 or more annually; average earnings are around $75,000 per year.

About the Role
In the position of Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will assist clients in realizing their ideal storage solutions. Leveraging your creativity, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills, you'll guide customers from initial inspiration to final installation—transforming their practical needs into elegant, custom-designed closet solutions.
