Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, façade, window, or architectural systems. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in leading a sales team is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Client Development
    • Actively seek and attract new clients, including manufacturers, developers, architects, investors, and designers.
    • Identify, connect, and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients within your designated territory.
    • Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact to contract finalization.
    • Establish enduring relationships with key clients.
    • Engage in project-based initiatives, including system selection, consultations, and comprehensive project support.
  • Technical & Commercial Support
    • Showcase Alumil's products and services, delivering expert technical support to clients.
    • Create compelling proposals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and engineering, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
    • Participate in industry exhibitions and events to enhance Alumil’s brand presence and expand your professional network.
  • Planning & Reporting
    • Achieve sales targets.
    • Manage CRM effectively.
    • Conduct market and client analysis.
    • Forecast sales performance.
    • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to enhance Alumil's market positioning.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using our CRM system.
