Bilingual Sales Caller (Remote)

We are currently searching for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Caller to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide detailed information about our products and services, drive sales initiatives, or request donations.
- Qualify leads through phone conversations and document the respective information in our CRM system.
- Manage customer appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as necessary.
- Conduct collection calls, address outstanding debts, and update customer payment details following established phone scripts.
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing the results to compile comprehensive reports.
- Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align lead generation strategies with overall sales objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or completion of any relevant certification course.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating success in meeting and surpassing sales targets while managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1 proficiency).
- Strong communication abilities through phone, email, and instant messaging platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and adept time management capabilities.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in utilizing current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM systems.
- Proficient in word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive and confident with a keen eye for detail.
Technical Requirements:
- USB headset with noise-cancellation feature.
- Functional webcam.
- Reliable main and backup computer.
