Role Overview: Sales Business Analyst (Madrid)
The Sales Business Analyst manages the sales data architecture in Docplanner's data warehouse, develops analytical models, and drives automation to support quick, informed decisions. This role requires comfort with shifting priorities, autonomy, and a proactive approach to identifying analyses that influence New Business MRR.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Data Layer Ownership
- Design, maintain, and improve sales schemas within the data warehouse.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for the sales organization.
- Work closely with Data Engineering to align on models and pipelines.
- Analytics and Modeling for New Business MRR
- Run data queries and manage data using SQL and BI tools.
- Build business and financial models, including forecasting and budget simulations.
- Apply machine learning methods such as prediction models, clustering, decision trees, and XGBoost.
