Requirements:A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry. Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in conducting training sessions and safety briefings. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Your responsibilities will include the implementation of robust safety protocols, conducting thorough inspections, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide effective training and guidance to employees on best safety practices and emergency response protocols.
  • Conduct investigations of accidents and incidents to identify root causes and enforce corrective measures.
  • Keep accurate safety records and compile reports on safety performance and incidents.
  • Monitor the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance on-site.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies to facilitate necessary safety enhancements.
  • Encourage a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and promoting safety participation.
