JOB OVERVIEW
As a Robotics Field Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational efficiency of our autonomous delivery robots. While our robots are built for independent navigation, your hands-on support will be essential in overcoming unexpected challenges, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
In this role, you will assist our robots in the field, perform light maintenance such as cleaning sensors, and ensure timely and safe deliveries. Your quick thinking and proactive approach will help reduce service disruptions and safeguard valuable equipment. Additionally, you will document incidents and observations that will contribute to our technology and operational enhancements.
Collaboration is key as you will work closely with various teams including operations, engineering, and customer support to manage robot deployments, escalate technical issues, and support training and safety initiatives.
JOB DUTIES
Ensure field readiness by providing support to robots, coordinating timely responses and order fulfillment as business demands evolve.
Assist in deployment processes by preparing, inspecting, cleaning, and positioning robots in accordance with standards.
Track, document, and resolve escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication with necessary stakeholders.
