About the Team:
The Revenue Operations team at Decagon comprises a diverse group of professionals who blend strategic insight, analytical precision, and rapid execution. We oversee GTM-wide strategies, operations, and analytics, serving as proactive, data-driven allies to leadership by providing invaluable insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring execution excellence.
About the Role:
This multifaceted role invites you to join our efforts in shaping Decagon’s go-to-market strategy and executing key initiatives. You will oversee a comprehensive platform, leading strategic GTM-wide projects and serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing GTM forecasts and KPIs, optimizing business performance and efficiency, implementing new processes, and executing impactful operations with field teams. This is a pivotal role with significant influence on the direction of our category-defining AI company.
In this role, you will:
Take a leading role in designing and executing GTM objectives and strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation, and post-sale frameworks.
Establish and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and actionable recommendations.
Design and initiate new revenue growth programs focusing on pipeline generation, territory management, incentive structures, and internal operational processes.
Provide critical data analysis and insights to drive decision-making and enhance the performance of sales teams.
