Your role will encompass the design and implementation of systems, tools, and processes that bolster sales efficiency, enhance forecasting precision, and propel revenue growth throughout the entire customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute a holistic revenue operations strategy covering the complete customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, expansion, renewal, and churn management.Lead the evolution of our go-to-market organization through the adoption of state-of-the-art AI tools and processes (e.g., Clay, Synthesia).Design and establish the organizational framework of the RevOps function, recruiting and nurturing a high-impact team across systems, analytics, and deal operations.Manage and enhance our revenue technology stack (including Salesforce, CPQ, and integrations), with a focus on automation, scalability, and usability.Develop and expand an exemplary deal desk function in collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline quoting, contracting, and approval processes.
