Role Summary

As the Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in designing the systems and processes that fuel the next phase of Serval's rapid growth. Your contributions will shape our territory models, segmentation frameworks, and quota allocations, enabling our sales organization to expand from 5 Account Executives to over 50 by the end of 2026.

You will oversee the operational rhythm of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, developing dashboards to establish the revenue organization's operational cadence, leading pipeline inspections, and forecasting. As the primary steward of our sales tools and data architecture, you will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and the executive team to refine Serval's GTM strategy and enhance revenue productivity at every stage of the sales funnel.

This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class sales engine from the ground up and serve as the founding architect of Serval's GTM operations function.

Your Responsibilities

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Establish foundational reporting and dashboards for pipeline management, productivity, and forecasting.
  • Assess and optimize the design of our sales technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
