About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to help scale and solidify our transactional revenue engine. This role is part of the RevOps team but is fully dedicated to Sales. Your mission will be to enhance pipeline quality, forecasting reliability, and sales productivity by establishing rigorous operational foundations.

You will serve as a key performance partner for the Sales leadership, helping to apply the standards, discipline, and visibility necessary to generate predictable revenue growth. You will translate business needs into structured, scalable systems that enhance execution at every stage of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive the adoption of high-performance standards.

  • Optimize funnel management by reinforcing qualification frameworks, opportunity hygiene, and the rigor of sales stage progression.

  • Enhance forecast reliability by improving reporting structures, data accuracy, and pipeline inspection processes.

  • Ensure seamless transitions between Marketing and Sales and implement lead management standards that protect conversion rates.

  • Continuously manage and optimize sales workflows in HubSpot to reduce friction and increase consistency throughout the sales process.
