Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager will shape the data infrastructure behind Kernel’s go-to-market strategy and internal operations. This position is based in London.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to keep Salesforce CRM running smoothly and efficiently.
- Design automations and workflows that cut down on manual tasks.
- Build and manage reporting to guide business decisions.
- Set up and maintain marketing CRM systems to improve outreach and engagement.
- Use Kernel’s own platform daily, gaining direct experience with the CRM challenges faced by clients.
- Engineer go-to-market solutions by integrating tools such as Nooks, Unify, and Claude to boost team productivity.
