Your Role

Establish a Strong Operational Backbone for Our Growing GTM Team

  • Oversee and manage our core go-to-market systems including Salesforce, sales engagement, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools.

  • Translate GTM requirements into scalable workflows, automations, and processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

  • Continuously maintain and optimize lead routing, account assignment, opportunity stages, and forecasting frameworks.

Deliver Analytics and Insights for GTM Leadership

  • Create dashboards and analytics to highlight insights on pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, representative productivity, bookings, and forecast accuracy.

  • Identify areas of underperformance and whitespace opportunities across segments, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare GTM reporting for leadership, investors, and the Board.

Collaborate Closely with the Sales Team

  • Assist in forecasting cadences, quarterly planning, and coverage modeling for distinct market segments.

  • Support sales initiatives and drive successful outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
