Role Overview: Revenue Analyst
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
The Revenue Analyst will join the CSIS team to help drive revenue growth by turning data into insights that influence strategy and profitability. This position works closely with RevGen leadership, Revenue Leads, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and the CSIS Drive team to ensure data insights are accurate and relevant.
The role also contributes to the development of AI-powered data models and engines designed to optimize revenue and improve customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze CSIS data to spot trends and opportunities in retention, sales, and upsell/cross-sell across customer service channels.
- Investigate large, complex datasets to identify areas for growth.
- Support Revenue Leads and TAMs by delivering accurate revenue projections and models for strategic projects.
- Consolidate and monitor revenue projections from multiple business lines to create a comprehensive overview across the ecosystem.
