Role Overview: Retail Keyleader
This Retail Keyleader position is based at the Princess Polly store in Garden City, NY. The role focuses on supporting daily store operations and creating memorable in-store experiences. Keyleaders help drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a vibrant retail environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead and motivate the sales team to reach sales targets and deliver standout customer service.
- Support team growth through feedback, training, and development.
- Handle operational tasks, including opening and closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management, and keeping the store organized.
- Step in as manager on duty when needed, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
- Build brand loyalty and awareness through positive customer interactions.
