POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of apartment units and property facilities as per CIM Group's operational and safety standards. Reporting to the Property Manager and under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry issues, and locks. The role also includes assisting with the preparation of vacant units for rental and executing a planned preventative maintenance schedule to uphold property standards.
