Your Role
As a Research Engineer, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of domain experts, ML researchers, and engineers. You will work on developing systems and tools to evaluate the trustworthiness of media across the internet. Relevant focus areas include media authenticity, context discovery, and open-source intelligence investigations. One of our recent projects is Backstory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute rapid prototyping of machine learning techniques for assessing media authenticity.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to guide experimentation and research directions.
- Collaborate with product teams to advance our research's development.
- Create tools, libraries, and frameworks to facilitate and accelerate new research initiatives.
- Document and present research findings, software developments, and experimental results.
