We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst for the Overheads section— a key specialist responsible for preparing management reports, financial controlling, and analysis.
Challenges awaiting you in this role:
— Preparation of management reports for the Overheads section;
— Process optimization and development of financial control tools to enhance efficiency and speed;
— Automation of processes using ERP systems, as well as the implementation and maintenance of analytical dashboards;
— Collaboration with internal departments (treasury, reporting, taxes, administrative team) to ensure the appropriate infrastructure level needed for the seamless growth of our portfolio companies;
What we value:
— 3-4 years of experience (experience in Big-4 or international auditing and FMCG companies is a plus);
— Knowledge of accounting and strong analytical skills;
— High proficiency in Excel;
— Strong motivation and desire for development;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Responsibility and attention to detail.
