Role Overview: Renewals Representative
The Renewals Representative is a quota-carrying sales position based in Chicago, IL. This role works closely with a select group of Account Managers and Executives to meet renewal and growth sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving renewal rates, annual contract value (ACV), and renewal billings targets within an assigned territory
- Supporting expansion strategies in partnership with Account Managers and Executives
- Ensuring customers realize the full value of Sophos solutions to encourage renewals and expand business relationships
- Managing the pipeline of renewal opportunities that fall outside the direct scope of Account Managers and Executives in the territory
