Our top-performing sales representatives earn a substantial income, consistently making $5,000 or more per month, with our highest achievers exceeding $10,000 monthly. Your earnings directly correlate with your performance, and your ability to close deals will define your income potential.

Your role will involve converting qualified inbound leads, responding to incoming sales calls, and advising customers on the best connectivity solutions tailored to their specific locations and needs. You will simplify technical concepts related to Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options for better customer understanding.

Additionally, you will accurately schedule installations, manage customer interactions within our CRM system, and follow up on warm inquiries to optimize conversion rates. While operating independently, you will maintain alignment with the team and uphold professional communication standards.

Compensation includes a commission of $90 to $150 per completed installation, with realistic earnings of $5,000+ per month and top performers making $8,000 to $10,000 or more. There are no caps on earnings, and performance bonuses are available.

Top-performing representatives will have opportunities for advancement into senior sales roles, mentoring newer team members, and transitioning into leadership positions. Management roles are awarded based on performance and results, rather than tenure.
