Your Responsibilities:
Operate within a dynamic and rapidly growing industry, providing expert guidance on senior care options to deliver an outstanding experience aligned with our mission.
Manage inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely from your home office, adhering to a structured schedule.
Conduct comprehensive initial consultation calls to understand family needs.
Educate families about tailored senior care options, helping them find the most suitable senior living communities and home care providers.
Act as the primary liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the four-week training program.
Keys to Success:
Achieve success by meeting daily production goals through effective inbound and outbound calls, assisting families in connecting with communities and scheduling tours to facilitate move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for families, aiming to provide empathy and a positive experience.
