Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and onboard new SME clients through various channels including direct sales, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach. Assess client needs and propose customized banking solutions, including Working Capital Loans, Unsecured Loans, Merchant POS Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Asset-Backed Loans, and Commercial Loans. Adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct and bank policies during client onboarding and deal execution. Achieve and surpass monthly and annual targets for client acquisition, sales, and fee generation. Maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools and lead-tracking systems. Foster new relationships to drive growth and generate revenue. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams for credit processing, documentation, and account activation. Conduct KYC and due diligence checks in accordance with bank regulations and standards. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance service delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager specializing in SME Acquisition to drive the growth of our SME client base in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients while providing tailored banking solutions including Working Capital, Unsecured Loans, Merchant POS Loans, Asset-Backed Lending, and Trade Finance products. Your strong sales acumen and extensive experience in SME lending will be key to establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships. This position reports to the Associate Vice President - SME Acquisition.
