About the Role

We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity within our commercial BaaS solutions team, a rapidly growing segment of our business. We seek an engaging Relationship Manager to cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for offering informed advice, facilitating decision-making, swiftly addressing escalations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will oversee the customer lifecycle from the initial stages of their implementation project through the first year and beyond.

Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to establish positive, long-term client relationships and assist in identifying solutions that align with their needs. Given the growth nature of this sector, you’ll also be instrumental in defining improved workflows, uncovering efficiency opportunities, and implementing best practices.

About You

You will possess extensive knowledge and experience in International Payments and Card Issuing/Processing, having developed a deep understanding of best practices, systems, and tools in this domain.
