Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if needed). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Capable of engaging in physical activities (sitting, standing, bending, etc.). Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.
