Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not completed in the past year. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements such as sitting, squatting, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Successful candidates must secure Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based practices to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while actively working to reduce challenging behaviors.
