Job Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting students with diverse educational needs. This position focuses on providing individualized assistance to ensure that all students have access to the general education curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in providing one-on-one support to students.
- Implement behavioral intervention plans and crisis management strategies.
- Support students in various tasks, including toileting, hygiene, and medical needs.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress.
- Facilitate small group instruction and tutoring for students with learning differences.
