About the Role

As the Regional Vice President of Sales for the West, you will spearhead a talented team of account executives tasked with selling WEKA's solutions to enterprise clients seeking enhanced speed, simplicity, and scalability for their AI environments. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales for the Americas, you will work in tandem with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to cultivate a strong pipeline and unlock business opportunities among enterprise customers.

A successful candidate will have a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and effectively position technology within enterprise settings. Your key objective will be to establish a sustainable ecosystem of WEKA clients across the market. The ideal candidate will bring a history of surpassing sales quotas, acquiring new business, and mentoring a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
