BASIC QUALIFICATIONS1. 0-3+ years of experience in an operational role.2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.3. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach in environments involving external customer interaction.4. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic environment.5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1. Postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.2. Skilled in managing seller relationships as stakeholders/customers, with excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.4. Capacity to handle multiple sites simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail while managing various projects.5. Experience in logistics or the manufacturing sector is advantageous.

About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the efficient operations of assigned Seller Flex sites through remote monitoring via calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
2. Act as a liaison between field executives, sellers, and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of operations.
3. Provide training and guidance to associates to ensure compliance with operational standards and practices.
4. Initiate audits of sites conducted by field executives to evaluate operational performance against established norms and restrictions.
5. Develop, implement, and analyze Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the Seller experience through data-driven insights.
6. Availability to work on weekends and travel extensively within and between cities as required.
