What You BringA minimum of 3 years of direct sales management experience leading Account Executive teams in a fast-paced SaaS B2B, Infrastructure, or Technology company. A team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to assert authority when necessary. Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in building solid internal and external business relationships across various departments. A documented history of meeting and surpassing goals as an individual contributor.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a Player-Coach, inspiring and motivating your direct reports while establishing the highest standards for high-velocity execution through meticulous pipeline management, aggressive outbound strategies, accurate forecasting, and closing deals to meet individual and team quotas.
  • Collaborate across functions to align priorities and resources among sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt swiftly to changes, and be a pivotal influence on the team.
  • Engage in strategic problem-solving and project management, proactively tackling issues and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead an outstanding team to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
