Your Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to enhance our footprint in the Baltimore, MD region. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales of our transformative product, designed to improve interactions between police departments and community services. You will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing dependable data pipelines that support sophisticated analytics and facilitate data-driven decision-making for our users.

As part of the ForceMetrics leadership team, you will collaborate to define and implement our go-to-market strategy, set ambitious sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and create processes that effectively expand our reach. In this early-stage position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape best practices and establish your own areas of ownership.

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside ForceMetrics leadership to devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding our presence in public safety agencies nationwide, encompassing deployment strategies, marketing initiatives, legal considerations, and operational execution to guarantee a seamless customer experience and successful deal closures.
  • Territory Ownership: Take charge of the law enforcement sector within your designated territory, focusing on seizing opportunities to exceed personal sales targets and significantly impact overall business growth.
  • Product Mastery: Cultivate deep knowledge of the ForceMetrics platform, including its distinctive use cases and benefits in addressing real-world public safety challenges. Effectively showcase product features, advantages, and value propositions to law enforcement agencies in a compelling manner.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences, fostering strong relationships with law enforcement agencies by understanding their challenges, needs, and technological aspirations while clearly communicating the value proposition to various stakeholders.
