Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing sales. Identify, evaluate, and cultivate leads within K–12 districts, schools, state agencies, and/or institutions of higher education. Establish strong connections with superintendents, curriculum leaders, CTOs, CIOs, principals, and other influential education stakeholders. Develop strategic territory plans, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that resonate with district challenges and educational outcomes. Collaborate closely with co-founders, Marketing, and Product teams to create a cohesive go-to-market strategy that meets customer needs. Maintain meticulous CRM records and provide clear updates on pipeline and forecasts. Stay updated on EdTech trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving dynamics of district procurement and funding cycles.

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and accomplished Regional Sales Director to spearhead new business initiatives and foster relationships within the K–12 and/or Higher Education sectors. This role encompasses the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, and is pivotal in propelling our growth within the education industry.

The ideal candidate will have a successful history of sales within educational institutions, a deep understanding of the decision-making processes at districts and schools, and familiarity with the nuances of EdTech sales cycles, funding obstacles, and product adoption challenges.
