About the Role

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving performance, ensuring quality, and aligning strategies within your designated region. Your leadership will be critical in fostering operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. This influential role combines people management, business oversight, and project delivery in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee the coordination of the Engineering team in Mexico, ensuring effective collaboration between local resources and the global framework of Critical Manufacturing. Acting as a key link between strategic goals and tactical execution, you will support the local team by maintaining service quality, managing risks, and proactively addressing people management issues to facilitate ongoing growth and development.

As a senior leader within the Engineering team, your contributions will extend to software delivery projects, where you will lead local teams as necessary. This role demands strong strategic thinking, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to cultivate collaboration while championing continuous improvement, ethical standards, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Mexico Engineering team
  • Manage human resource allocation across various projects
  • Support recruitment processes, including interviews
  • Facilitate career development, mentoring, and internal mobility in collaboration with global structures
  • Oversee effort reporting and ensure timely timesheet submission
  • Align and report to Business Units Management
  • Manage software delivery projects in coordination with global teams
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to people management and motivation
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and uphold high service quality standards
