Rehire is partnering with a prominent digital platform in the livestock sector to find a skilled Sales Representative to commercially develop the assigned territory. The primary goal is to establish strong relationships with producers, promote the platform's usage, and support users from onboarding to transaction closure, providing ongoing technical and commercial assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales process for livestock transactions from initial contact through to final delivery.
• Conduct visits to producers for identity verification and facilitate the publication process (video recording, data entry, form review).
• Identify business opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Build and maintain close relationships with producers, providing continuous technical and commercial support.
• Coordinate logistics for loading and unloading, ensuring agreed conditions are met.
• Keep the system updated with accurate client and transaction information.
• Participate in sector events and activities (CREA, rural exhibitions).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of the livestock market is essential.
• Established network of contacts within the sector.
• Proficient in digital tools with willingness to work with systems and train others on mobile applications.
• Availability to visit producers within the assigned area and occasionally in Buenos Aires.
• Residency in the assigned area is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in livestock consignment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust.
• Dynamic, open to new technologies, and committed.
• University or technical degree in Veterinary, Agronomy, Agricultural Production, or related fields (not mandatory).
Position Details:
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Work from home flexibility may be available.
