Key Responsibilities:
- Drive field execution and performance across prioritized retail locations in the West, ensuring outstanding in-store standards, product sell-through, and brand consistency.
- Develop and implement the regional field strategy, including door prioritization, coverage planning, and targeted action plans to enhance door-level outcomes.
- Establish and maintain robust store-level relationships, collaborating with retailer teams to promote visibility, engagement, and results.
- Oversee regional reporting and performance assessments, translating trends and store insights into actionable plans and cross-functional recommendations.
- Recruit, coach, and cultivate field team talent, driving performance, preparedness, and accountability throughout the region.
- Facilitate and support in-store training and events to boost conversion rates and enhance customer experiences.
- Monitor and assess ROI across regional investments in coverage, training, and events, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Maintain a strong in-store presence at key locations several days per week, balancing execution with planning and reporting requirements.
