About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to spearhead sovereign revenue initiatives in the APAC region. This position encompasses the entire deal lifecycle, including market development, stakeholder mapping, commercial structuring, and finalizing agreements.
You will operate at the cutting edge of technology adoption, forging trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and transforming intricate, multi-party engagements into sustainable, long-term partnerships. This role offers significant ownership and impactful influence on ReflectionAI's global growth trajectory.
Your Responsibilities
Own Sovereign Revenue
Identify, qualify, and successfully close high-value sovereign contracts.
Lead complex, multi-party negotiations from initial engagement through to signed agreement.
Build the Regional Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
Prioritize markets, accounts, and channels to foster consistent revenue growth.
Executive & Government Engagement
Cultivate trusted relationships with senior government officials and strategic partners.
Represent ReflectionAI at high-level commercial and diplomatic events.
Opportunity Development
Identify and shape new opportunities through RFP monitoring, geopolitical developments, and regional insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Policy, Communications, Government Relations, Finance) to structure competitive, executable deals.
Market Intelligence
Monitor regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
Transform insights into actionable commercial strategies.
