Join Aya Healthcare, a proud recipient of multiple Top Workplace awards, as our Regional Client Partnership Specialist in Educational Services. This pivotal role requires you to reside in either North or South Carolina, with local travel comprising approximately 80–90% of your time, or 4–5 days per week in the field.

As a field leader for Aya Education, you will play a significant role in enhancing our partnerships within school districts throughout the region. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strong district relationships, evaluating comprehensive staffing needs, generating job requests, and identifying opportunities for sustainable workforce solutions.

Your week will primarily be spent onsite in schools and district offices, engaging with SPED Directors, HR leaders, SELPA administrators, Principals, and other key decision-makers. You will represent Aya Education in your region, ensuring that districts have access to qualified special education and therapy professionals who contribute to meaningful outcomes for students from early childhood through age 21.
