Qualifications

Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, whether in-house, RPO, agency, or corporate recruiting, preferably with a global organization. Candidates with luxury/high-end retail experience seeking a transition into recruitment will also be considered. Proven ability to conduct behavioral-based interviews for various roles. Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders concurrently throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred. Strong writing skills for client-oriented communications, including emails and job descriptions. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly desirable.

Your expertise will guide Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and the Recruitment Coordinator, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing recruitment strategies with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
  • Understanding the recruitment delivery framework to meet account KPIs effectively.
  • Providing insights on market trends and acting as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing risk or compliance issues.
  • Managing recruitment requisitions with meticulous documentation in accordance with current legislation and client processes.
  • Offering recruitment guidance to team members in the Recruitment Delivery Center.
  • Monitoring recruitment activities to ensure accurate volume forecasting.
  • Coaching candidates on preparation for selection stages.
  • Delivering timely, professional feedback to candidates, adhering to best practices.
  • Utilizing market intelligence to develop and maintain pre-qualified talent pools.
