- Executing recruitment strategies with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
- Understanding the recruitment delivery framework to meet account KPIs effectively.
- Providing insights on market trends and acting as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Proactively identifying and addressing risk or compliance issues.
- Managing recruitment requisitions with meticulous documentation in accordance with current legislation and client processes.
- Offering recruitment guidance to team members in the Recruitment Delivery Center.
- Monitoring recruitment activities to ensure accurate volume forecasting.
- Coaching candidates on preparation for selection stages.
- Delivering timely, professional feedback to candidates, adhering to best practices.
- Utilizing market intelligence to develop and maintain pre-qualified talent pools.
