Miso is the leading O2O home service platform in South Korea.

Under the vision of “Hotel-like service in your home,” we aim to provide experiences that enhance offline living. Just as customers turn to Amazon or Coupang for products, they can effortlessly resolve their cleaning, moving, or remodeling needs through the Miso app.

Since launching our home cleaning services in 2016, we have expanded our offerings to include moving, cleaning, pet sitting, and interior design. We have achieved remarkable growth, doubling our service offerings and becoming number one in housekeeping services within just two years of operation, now managing over 180 services.

With investments totaling around 13 billion KRW, including 3.1 billion KRW from Silicon Valley’s largest venture firm, Y Combinator, we successfully transitioned to profitability in 2022. Our cumulative order count has reached 5 million with a transaction total of 350 billion KRW and a remarkable reorder rate of 85%.

In January 2023, we surpassed a transaction volume of 20 billion KRW, continuing our trajectory of doubling growth each year.
