- The Recruiting Business Partner at Toss Securities operates within the People & Culture Division, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and HR Coordinators.
- We engage in discussions with various leaders and teams across Toss Securities to devise hiring strategies and ensure timely acquisition of top talent.
- Our Recruiting Business Partners are proactive individuals who can tackle recruitment challenges regardless of seniority.
- The aim of our recruiting team is to provide insights into talent and uphold the talent density of Toss Securities in alignment with the growth of our securities business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle at Toss Securities, from direct sourcing of candidates to screening, interview facilitation, and compensation negotiation.
- As a Business Partner, maintain close communication with leaders and operational teams, planning and executing diverse recruitment strategies based on a deep understanding of the business and specific roles.
- Utilize direct sourcing and networking across various industries, including IT, startups, and finance, to hire talent effectively.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and devise data-driven strategies for rapid improvement.
- Enhance Toss Securities' recruitment branding through content discovery and planning of external recruitment events.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals with 3 to 6 years of in-house recruitment experience or equivalent, possessing operational expertise in recruitment planning, sourcing, and negotiation.
- Must have experience in directly sourcing top talent across various industries, including IT, startups, and securities.
- Familiarity with effective collaboration with Hiring Managers and various stakeholders, leading meetings as a Business Partner to advise on market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Experience in managing explosive organizational growth as a recruitment officer is essential.
- Creativity and experience in sourcing talent through unconventional methods are highly valued.
- Proven ability to proactively identify recruitment issues and establish data-driven strategies to resolve them is a plus.
