Role overview The Helper Recruitment and Operations Specialist manages the full cycle of hiring and supporting Helper roles, sorting personnel essential to Rocket Delivery. This role centers on high-volume, quick-turnaround recruitment, distinct from standard contract or full-time hiring. The Specialist ensures Helpers are recruited, onboarded, and supported so orders move efficiently through the network. Main responsibilities Recruitment and management of Helper personnel Identify staffing needs and oversee daily large-scale hiring (currently over 10,000 Helpers per day). Funnel and conversion rate management Track and analyze conversion rates from application to attendance and monitor drop-outs. Engage with candidates to reduce drop-out rates and improve hiring efficiency. Customized strategy development by camp Collaborate with camp managers to deploy and manage Helper personnel based on each camp’s needs. Talent pool and data analysis Maintain and organize the Helper talent pool. Use recruitment data to forecast staffing needs and suggest process improvements.
