About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to enhance our Forward Deployed Engineering organization, overseeing the entire hiring process for a team dedicated to translating research breakthroughs into practical production systems. You will develop hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders, manage the sourcing and evaluation process, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborate with teams such as HRBP, Legal, and Compensation to foster a seamless and compliant recruitment procedure.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Oversee complete recruitment cycles for our Forward Deployed Engineering team, encompassing sourcing, managing the hiring process, and finalizing offers.
Collaborate directly with business leaders to comprehend departmental needs and formulate proactive recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Employ advanced sourcing techniques and tools to attract and engage elite candidates.
Guarantee an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Partner with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Offer expert guidance and assistance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employer branding.
You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within in-house settings at rapidly growing firms.
A proven track record of attracting top 1% talent.
A high degree of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments, effectively balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
