Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Recent graduates must provide original mark sheets for all semesters and have no active backlogs.0-1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on critical engineering and sciences (preferred).0-1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or recruitment. Academic average of 60% or higher across 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new skills and requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Capability to recruit with a sense of urgency. Willingness to work outside of typical office hours as needed. Strong work ethic and commitment to the role. Ability to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment.

About the job

As a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to implement innovative sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and engaging passive candidates. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality fulfillment of recruitment needs. Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders, you will develop and refine sourcing strategies based on your insights and experiences in the field.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and attracting talent that aligns with client specifications.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of job requirements based on client needs.
  • Employing diverse recruiting techniques to target passive candidates.
  • Sourcing candidate profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Utilizing internal databases to identify potential candidates and increase visibility through job postings.
  • Engaging with prospective candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care and pre-screening candidates effectively.
  • Evaluating candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivational alignment using a behavioral-based approach.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all candidate interactions in a timely manner.
  • Proactively building talent pipelines and creating pre-qualified candidate pools tailored to client needs.
