About Our Team
The UX Research team actively involves customers throughout the product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-launch evaluations. We collaborate with diverse stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless balance between user experience and product monetization.
Role Overview
Roku is seeking a dedicated Quantitative UX Researcher to focus on customer sentiment analysis through surveys aligned with product A/B tests and other quantitative research projects. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, and fellow researchers. You will play a key role in projects that influence major decisions on new products and features enjoyed by millions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing research initiatives to gauge product and feature sentiment, particularly within A/B testing frameworks.
- Collaborating actively in the design and execution of experimental A/B tests.
- Working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify research objectives aligned with business goals.
- Gathering and analyzing user sentiment through surveys, integrating findings with behavioral data to inform product strategies.
- Communicating insights effectively to influence product development and strategy.
