Your Role:
We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Lab Manager for Formulations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Formulations QC Laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO standards while delivering customer-centric analytical testing. You will manage laboratory operations, support scale-up validations and production batch releases, drive continuous improvement in methods and workflows, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent service delivery through effective team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance test method consistency and efficiency by assessing performance metrics, standardizing protocols, and implementing ongoing improvements in testing accuracy and throughput.
- Oversee daily lab operations and batch releases by organizing test schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring technician coverage for timely and accurate results, thus maintaining continuous customer service.
- Develop a high-performing, service-oriented team by establishing performance targets, mentoring team members, conducting evaluations, and fostering a culture of shared responsibility and exceptional service awareness in lab tasks and reporting.
- Ensure equipment readiness and maintenance by implementing calibration and qualification programs, monitoring performance data, and maintaining audit-ready analytical systems.
- Enhance data visibility and KPI reporting by defining lab metrics, tracking turnaround times and error rates, and providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Strengthen documentation practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
