Your Role as a QA Lead
We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our QA strategy and ensure our products consistently deliver value and build customer trust. In this role, you will collaborate extensively with stakeholders to explore the broader implications of quality, addressing not just the processes but also the priorities that enhance quality assurance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and executing a robust QA strategy that aligns with our product vision and business goals.
- Establishing the inaugural QA team within our Vietnamese organization, focusing on building a high-performing culture.
- Collaborating closely with both the Vietnamese and Japanese QA teams to design and implement an optimal QA framework.
- Driving improvements in non-functional requirements and maintaining a high bar for quality across the development team.
Specific tasks may include:
- Defining quality benchmarks based on product vision and strategic objectives.
- Creating QA systems and processes, including the recruitment and training of QA personnel.
- Leading the development of testing strategies and overseeing test planning and execution.
- Reviewing product specifications to recommend quality improvements.
- Advancing both automated and manual testing methodologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Identifying quality issues and spearheading initiatives to remediate them.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies.
- Fluent English communication skills in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in QA and development for large-scale systems across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISTQB and ISO29119.
