Join our dynamic team as a QHSE Consultant for one of Weekday's esteemed clients!

In this vital role, you will conduct comprehensive QHSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective corrective actions.

Additionally, you will spearhead the development and implementation of robust QHSE management systems, which may involve drafting or revising policies, procedures, and training materials. You will have the opportunity to introduce innovative technologies or software to elevate QHSE performance.

In your role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs on QHSE topics, fostering a culture of safety and compliance among employees. You will also investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures while contributing to comprehensive incident reports.

Furthermore, you will assist clients and internal departments with QHSE compliance, offering guidance on permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting obligations. Creating and maintaining accurate QHSE documentation will be essential to ensure that all records are current and easily accessible.

Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices through ongoing research on QHSE regulations and standards. Prepare insightful reports and presentations to effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to clients or management teams. Establish and maintain positive relationships with external regulatory bodies, and manage applicable budgets for projects and initiatives.
