About the Role

As a vital member of our Provider Growth team, you will cultivate relationships with healthcare organizations utilizing our platform, driving their long-term success. This role will involve direct collaboration with clinicians, administrative staff, and executives from some of the nation's largest healthcare providers—ensuring their seamless onboarding experience and ongoing value realization.

Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of relationship management, growth strategy formulation, operational oversight, and product insights. You will assess usage patterns, influence our scaling strategies across diverse specialties and workflows, and unlock value for both providers and their patients. Additionally, you will partner closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to incorporate real-world feedback into our development processes. Your contributions will directly affect the support provided to patients and the speed at which we grow.
