About the Team:

Our Engine Manufacturing team is committed to delivering high-performance engines while continually enhancing innovative manufacturing systems to improve cost, quality, and lead times. You will not only execute design specifications but also provide valuable insights that shape hardware iterations while regularly collaborating with engineers to make pivotal decisions for the Aeon R program. After successfully developing and refining processes for our initial development engines, the team is now focused on ramping up production of flight engines to meet the aggressive launch schedule of Terran R.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with design engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of engine performance and reliability.
  • You will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
