Position Overview:

As a Property Field Claims Adjuster at EAC Claims Solutions, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from their inception through to resolution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive fair and prompt outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing your daily schedule to effectively process claims and perform property inspections.
• Investigating insurance claims, which includes interviewing claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information.
• Handling property claims related to damage of buildings, structures, and contents.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of property damage and verifying insurance coverage.
• Evaluating damages to settle claims appropriately and negotiating settlements.
• Utilizing specialized software to upload completed reports, photographs, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in insurance claims or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
